I manage think-tank organizations, lecture, consult, teach technology and science courses, and analyze investments in technology. I retired as Chief Technology Officer of Raytheon Company, the nation’s fifth largest defense contractor, Intelligence and Information Systems Division. Prior I was vice president of research for Space Imaging that launched the world’s first high-resolution imaging satellite and formerly CEO of a medical imaging company and E-Fellow with E-Systems, a national Intelligence skunk-works affiliate. My expertise is in directing technology companies and research organizations. I published two books, The Persuasive Wizard: How Technical Experts Sell Their Ideas to Non-technical Decision Makers and The Fingerprint of God: Physics in the 21st Century. I hold six patents, one trade secret disclosure, and have authored more than forty refereed publications. I am a member of the American Physical Society and I served for years on the University of Texas at Dallas Research Advisory Board. I was instrumental in the acquisition of two companies..
